When a neighbor tries to kill him for a valuable time-machine, a teen escapes back to 1940’s China, where he must overcome his lack of confidence to learn from its inventor how to use ancient oriental magic to save America from a Nazi invasion. Michael Napier’s grandfather is crazy. At least that’s what Michael thinks. Gramps claims Nazis are trying to kill him for something called a Time-Map. But when Michael discovers Gramps really does have a time-machine, he finds himself at the center of the battle to prevent the Nazis using the device to launch an invasion of the United States.
