| The Comprehensive Fiduciary Examination |
| The Comprehensive Fiduciary Examination (CFE) examines both current and historical Plan Sponsor plan management practices. The goal of the CFE is to produce a report that, much like an audit, will be useful in identifying those governance practices that do not exemplify a best practices standard. In addition to drawing distinctions between the current standard and a best practices standard, the CFE will generate a report that seeks to institutionalize a systematic approach to ERISA plan management.
