"Perhaps the finest feature of the Denali Wilderness Lodge is the opportunity to strike out on our own. We can hike and climb for miles and always keep the lodge's roofs in sight. Freedom with assurance...

Activities
Our nine hiking trails offer something for everyone, from a rugged climb up the Sheep Hut trail to Mt. Anderson at 6792 feet, to a flat walk through the boreal forest on the Waxwing trail.  The activities available offer something for everyone; guests have the option to test their limits in the wilderness, or simply to relax with a stroll along the river. You can throw rocks in the water, run up the mountainside, rock in the porch swing, or just practice the fine art of tundra napping..

Night-time in the land of the midnight sun inspires visitors to make the most of every hour of every day. Many evenings are filled with song or even a guest speaker providing an informative talk on our surroundings. Who knows maybe you'll be reciting poems in front of our firepit or just winding down from your days activities in the comforts of our lounge with open bar from 6pm - 10pm nightly.
