Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Due to our short operational season and the hardship of filling our rooms last minute we request a 50% deposit with every reservation. The remainder of the booking cost is due 60 days prior to your arrival and we will email you at this time to confirm your reservation and get authorization to charge your card for the balance due. Canceling your reservation prior to 60 days of your arrival date will result in a full refund.  Cancellations received between 60 days and 30 days of your arrival date will result in the forfeit of your original 50% deposit.  Cancellations within thirty days of your arrival date will result in forfeit of your full reservation balance.  Emergencies and acts of God or Nature will be dealt with on a case by case basis.  We hope you understand it is very difficult to replace a booked room in the Alaskan Wilderness at the last minute.
